Smith College of Massachusetts University has started a special class, named “Failing Well” to teach students how to fail better, and accept failure with pride.

The certification program is aimed to “destigmatize failure” and uses the buzzword “resilience” in hopes of improving its campus students’ life skills. “What we’re trying to teach is that failure is not a bug of learning, it’s the feature.” ~says Rachel Simmons, a leadership development specialist in Smith’s Wurtele Center for Work and Life and a kind of unofficial “failure czar” on campus.

So, do you want colleges in your country to offer such intriguing courses? If you do, what would you like to learn?
